By accessing the website aloradesign.ca or using the services of Alora ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
Alora provides an AI voice receptionist service for Quebec SMEs, including:
To access certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our services are offered with no setup fee, according to the plans displayed on our website. Every plan includes:
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are added at invoicing for Quebec-based clients, as required by Quebec and federal tax law.
If a payment is more than 15 days late we reserve the right to suspend access to your AI receptionist service and phone line until payment is received. Annual subscriptions paid in advance are non-refundable on a pro-rated basis once service has been used, except where required by law.
Setup is self-serve through the AI Lab in your customer portal. You configure your agent's prompt, voice, business hours, knowledge base, and call-flow cascade — typically in about 10 minutes. The in-browser test dialer lets you hear your agent answer at no cost, with no Twilio charges.
When you're ready to receive real calls, the Go live action triggers Stripe Checkout for your chosen plan and provisions a Twilio number (or wires your existing line). From that moment forward, your AI receptionist answers calls 24/7.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of call minutes (Solo: 75 min, Affaires: 150 min, Croissance: 450 min). Overage is billed at $0.70 per additional minute on every tier. Allowances reset monthly and do not accumulate.
Client content: You retain all rights to the content you provide us (business information, knowledge base, FAQ, contact lists). By transmitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it to configure and operate your AI receptionist agent.
Agent configuration and call data: Your agent configuration, contacts, bookings, and call data remain yours. You can export them at any time from the customer portal. The underlying platform code remains the property of Alora.
Anonymized improvements: We may use anonymized, aggregated call performance data to improve the service. We will never share identifiable customer information without your written consent.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, repeated non-payment, or abuse of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain maximum uptime for your AI receptionist. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for interruptions caused by upstream providers (Twilio for telephony, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, Anthropic/OpenAI for language models, internet carriers) or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
